To a target that wants to make money moves, like move out of their mom's house or get their first stamp on their passport, but don't know how to take the first step?
Well, first you've got to create a badass launch campaign that differentiates your brand from all other banks in the category.
And, since Varo is That 🏦 Bank that helps customers make That 💰 Bank, it made sense for us to promote ourselves That Varo Bank.
Then, you partner with basketball star and Varo investor, Russell Westbrook, and have him react to people's banking complaints found online. He even calls out these predatory banks BY NAME (but don't worry, we [censored] their identities to protect the guilty).
